Most of us think of numbness as an absence of feeling but if we look closer, we find that it’s actually a subtle felt experience that responds dynamically to our attention. By bringing awareness and curiosity to these sensations we gradually bring our exiled parts back into the fold, a subtle shift which leads swiftly to an increased sense of wholeness.
